Orders are shipped the next business day. Orders to the US are shipped by "Expedited Parcel US". Orders within Canada are shipped by either "XpressPost" or "Expedited Parcel". Delivery time within North America is usually within two weeks. Occasionally it could take more than 2 weeks depending on Customs delay (this is uncommon). International orders outside the US and Canada are shipped by "Air Mail". Shipping as described above is included in the price.
Shipping by fast courier is not included in the price. It is offered as per customers' request. In case you would like to have your order delivered either by FedEx or UPS, please let us know in advance or right after completing your purchase. Return
policy
If you wish to return merchandise that you consider to be damaged, the return will require authorization from your DermaBest, Inc. Sales
Representative. In that case please contact us immediately (see the above contact information). Returns of damaged merchandise must be initiated within 30 days of the original ship date
(the following business day as per the date on your receipt). Returned orders must be shipped to DermaBest, Inc. by way of prepaid mail. Freight
damage is not the responsibility of seller nor does it relieve the buyer from obligation of payment. No returns will be accepted without prior consent of return authorization.
